Amtrak's 30th Street Station
If you're joining us from the East coast, Philly is a quick and easy Amtrak ride. After arriving at 30th Street Station, you'll be a <10 minute cab ride from Center City and the Loews Hotel.
Philadelphia International Airport
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 20 minute cab ride from our hotel blocks. In general we recommend this over renting a car if you plan to stay in the city- we'll provide transportation where necessary, and parking downtown can be difficult.
Transportation During Wedding Weekend
We're providing shuttles to both off-site events, and Lyft and Uber are widely available in Philadelphia. If you're driving into town, parking is available at all locations, but there is a daily fee for parking at Loews Hotel.
Aloft Philadelphia
The Aloft Philadelphia is mere moments from the Loews, the venue for two of our events. The booking link for this block is below, and the block is available beginning Thursday, May 30th. Please note shuttles to the reception and western ceremony will leave from Loews, which is about a 5 minute walk from the Aloft.
Loews Hotel
As the location of several of the weekend's events, we expect many of our guests will want to stay on-site. You can reserve a room via the link below or call 888-575-6397 to book with one of Loews wonderful Travel Planners. The block rate is available beginning Thursday, May 30 for those coming in out of town. Please book your rooms by Friday, May 3, 2024 to take advantage of the room block.
What should we expect the weather to be like?
Listen, not even meteorologists can predict the weather. However, late May and early June are fairly moderate in Philadelphia, with average temperatures of mid 60s to mid 70s. We're hoping for comfortable temperatures for our outdoor cocktail hour, though all our other events will be held indoors.
Can we meet up if I'm getting into town early?
If you happen to be in town early, to explore Philadelphia or visit other denizens, please reach out! There will be informal opportunities to see us and meet other guests throughout the week. There is no pressure to do so, however, and we'll be thrilled to see everyone else Friday.
